Where do we start?

Hello Everyone! Welcome to AÉR Studios. We appreciate you being here and taking the time to explore our world.

I’m Naomi Constance, Founder and CEO of AÉR Studios. Some may describe me as a designer or an artist—but I don’t believe in labels or boxes. My work is shaped by passion, a deep love for beauty, my faith in God, and my love for people. One belief has guided me throughout my life: love is a verb—it requires action. This philosophy is woven into everything AÉR represents.

AÉR began as an idea—one that surfaced during a university lecture while studying Greek root words. At the time, I didn’t yet understand what it would become. I only knew the name carried meaning far greater than myself.

AÉR was a vision.
AÉR was a dream.
And now, it’s a dream I share with you.

Before AÉR became what it is today, it took many forms. At one point, it nearly became a traditional interior design firm. At another, it existed as a landscaping concept centered around real-time drone scanning and digital twin modeling. Like most things built from the ground up, it didn’t succeed the first—or even the third—time. And that was necessary.

Each iteration offered clarity. Each failure revealed what not to do. As Thomas Edison once said, “I have not failed. I’ve just found 10,000 ways that won’t work.” Like many creatives navigating highly competitive industries, I encountered paths that simply weren’t aligned. Those experiences became the foundation for what AÉR would ultimately stand for.

AÉR was developed from a dream and a vision—but it was built through action. Because vision alone is never enough.

What I observed across the design and entertainment industries was a consistent lack of access. There are endless promises of visibility, success, and fast growth—but very few real blueprints. Through research and lived experience, AÉR adopted a simple truth: there is no shortcut. You are not waiting to be discovered—you are the work. You take the stage. You write the story.

AÉR was created for visionaries and dreamers—those seeking structure, resources, and opportunity. We create access where it has been limited and foster community through global collaboration. Our design and production services allow us to expand our reach while supporting creatives at every stage of their journey.

AÉR Studios is a luxury multidisciplinary design and production agency serving creators, founders, and brands who want to grow with intention. We bridge vision and execution through design services, production support, curated experiences, and personal development resources. Our members and clients receive intentional tools and resources, meticulous execution—bringing clarity and purpose to every vision from concept to completion.

Our creative agency offers design services, experiential collaborations, and cross-industry project development. Our productions create original editorial, spatial, and conceptual work. We design and produce our own projects—from campaigns and editorials to creative environments—while building a curated internal collective that collaborates on these productions.

We do not represent talent.

We do not submit creatives for jobs.

We do not sell access to paid placements.

We build the work—and invite aligned creatives into the process.
