Full Design & Brand Development

The AÉR Agency Package provides end-to-end creative direction and execution support, guiding projects from concept through completion. The Agency Package is a full-scale, agency service for larger or more complex projects requiring comprehensive design strategy, coordination, and brand alignment. This phase is designed for fully realized productions—combining strategic leadership, detailed design development, advanced sourcing, and hands-on coordination to ensure seamless delivery.

Includes:

  • Full interior design strategy and spatial planning

  • FF&E sourcing and coordination

  • Vendor and production oversight

  • Brand-aligned design and content direction

Timeline: 16–24 weeks, depending on scope and approvals

Additional Fees:

  • 10% Design & Procurement Fee

  • Materials, labor, and logistics billed separately

*A total of 100 project hours included

Following purchase, all clients are required to review and sign a Agency Service Agreement prior to the commencement of work. This agreement defines:

  • Scope of services and deliverables

  • Project timeline and consultation structure

  • Intellectual property and usage rights

  • Creative direction and advisory limitations

  • Revision boundaries and scope extensions

  • Payment, cancellation, and rescheduling terms
