The AÉR Development Package expands upon the Foundations phase to translate approved concepts into refined visual and schematic development and is designed for businesses ready to elevate both their physical space and their visual presence. . This stage focuses on clarity, cohesion, and pre-production procedures, detailed renderings, curated mood boards, and elevated sourcing guidance to support informed decision-making before execution.

Includes:

  • Interior design development and layout refinement

  • Mood boards and material direction

  • FF&E coordination guidance

  • Content and production planning for brand imagery

Timeline:

  • Design phase: 3–4 weeks

  • Takes into account Shipping & delivery: up to 8-16 weeks

Additional Fees:

  • 10% Design & Procurement Fee

  • Materials, labor, and logistics billed separately

*A total of 60 project hours included

Following purchase, all clients are required to review and sign a Development Service Agreement prior to the commencement of work. This agreement defines:

  • Scope of services and deliverables

  • Project timeline and consultation structure

  • Intellectual property and usage rights

  • Creative direction and advisory limitations

  • Revision boundaries and scope extensions

  • Payment, cancellation, and rescheduling terms
