This phase is designed for fully realized productions—combining strategic leadership, detailed design development, advanced sourcing, and hands-on coordination to ensure seamless delivery.

Full interior design strategy and spatial planning
FF&E sourcing and coordination
Vendor and production oversight
Brand-aligned design and content direction
Timeline: 16–24 weeks, depending on scope and approvals
